The Restrictive Covenant Modification for Affordable Housing allows the redaction of restrictive covenants that restrict the number, size, or location of the residences that may be built on the property, or the number of persons or families that may reside on the property from a previously recorded document after local County Counsel determines such language violates the fair housing laws and is void.
